How much does the virtual pass cost?

The Virtual Pass will be available for free for all attending Hoopla 2017 participants and for those participants who are unable to attend the event, they will have the option to purchase the pass for $69USD/$79CAD and receive a $49USD/$59CAD Product Credit. See below for other circumstances.

If I attended Hoopla, will I get the product credit?

Product credit is only available to those who have paid full price for the virtual pass. You will receive swag if you attend Hoopla in person.

If I attended Hoopla, how should I sign up?

If you attended Hoopla, you will be automatically registered & enrolled by July 18th. You will receive an email once you are registered. Click on the link in your email to get to the site. Once in the site, click on the link titled, Already Registered, in the top right corner. To login use your email as your username and Stylist ID as your password.

I changed my mind after purchasing the pass, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, the virtual pass is non-refundable.

I logged in and purchased the pass but I don’t have access to any content?

Hoopla 2017 content will be available starting on July 25th.

How much content will be in the virtual pass?

All Hoopla Training content, along with Executive Keynotes and Highlights of all the fun will be available beginning July 25th through August 31st. Please note: due to our contract with Shawn Actor, his keynote will only be available in the Virtual Pass until August 4th.

When can I purchase the virtual pass?

You can purchase the pass through August 31, 2017. To be eligible to receive your Product Credit of $49 you must complete the course by end of day on August 31st. All product credit will be distributed to those who have purchased the pass prior to August 7th and complete the training in the Virtual Pass the week of August 7th; and will be distributed each Friday thereafter through extension period for those who purchase after August 7th.

When will I receive my product credit?

Product Credit will be issued the week of August 7, 2017 to those that have completed the training; and will be distributed each Friday thereafter through extension period for those who purchase after August 7th.

What if I want to see a full version of a keynote and breakout session?

The keynotes and breakout sessions will be condensed to make the learning experience digestible. To get the full experience of breakout sessions and content we highly recommend you attending Hoopla. This will allow you gain invaluable knowledge and build relationships that you can’t get from a video alone.

Will these videos be available in Stella & Dot Lounge?

Unfortunately, the videos will not be available on Stella & Dot Lounge. The videos will only be available through the Virtual Pass. To gain access to videos, participants will need to purchase the virtual pass if they didn't attend Hoopla. For those you have registered and attended Hoopla, the Virtual Pass will be free.

Can I share my username and password?

Your username and password cannot be shared. The purchase price is for your individual use. Your logins and IP address are tracked and can be shut down if misuse of the Virtual Pass.

What if I cancelled Hoopla registration and received a full refund, do I still get Virtual Pass for free?

Unfortunately, no. You will have to purchase the Virtual Pass for $69, you will receive $49 in product credit.

What if I registered for Hoopla, was unable to attend and did not receive a refund or product credit?

You will be automatically enrolled in the Virtual Pass at no cost and will receive product credit.

I registered for Hoopla, cancelled and received a partial refund. Do I still get Virtual Pass for free?

No, but you will receive an email with a 50% off coupon to purchase the Virtual Pass; you are not be eligible for the $49 in product credit.

I registered for Hoopla for $50 but then had to cancel. I only received a $25 refund. Do I get the Virtual Pass for free?

What if I’m getting the message that my email is already in use?

If you receive an message that your email is already in use, this means you enrolled in last year’s Virtual Pass and you’re still in our system. If you do not remember your password from last year follow the next steps:

1. Click on “Already registered?” in top right corner.

2. Click on “Forgot Password” under the Log in Button; enter email address & click on send me instructions.

3. Check email and follow instructions to Change Password – enter new password.
